After A Thousand formed in 2004 as a worship band for a local congregation, but through prayer and patience, we have made the leap into the mainstream. After A Thousand is committed to taking our message of grace to the world outside of the walls of any institution. The downtrodden and distraught, the disenfranchised and the disillusioned. God's love covers them all, and they need to know it. The seed we plant through our music is, hopefully, just the beginning of a life-changing relationship. With musical roots in such varied genres as southern rock, classic rock, heavy metal, grunge, and alternative rock, our eclectic style of songwriting and arranging offers a fresh perspective on local favorites and appeals to fans of all styles.
Quenton Clarke plays anything he can find with black and whites on it, including Casio Keyboards (yes, I said Casio), and needs a comb. (Quenton is currently away from the band studying Music Therapy at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA)

Daron Jetton plays Pearl Export drums, whatever he can find lying around that can be used as a stick, and needs a new cowboy hat.

Dave Eagle plays Ibanez and Austin basses, Fender and Peavey amps, freshly boiled strings, and needs more of everything in his monitor.
